Megan Mansell, founder of Flex Fitness Personal Training and Flex Fitness Kids, knows first-hand what it’s like to juggle family, home, career, personal health and fitness. She is a mother of 4, Triathlete competitor, marathon runner and the list goes on.

Over the last ten years, she has been training clients on how to achieve their personal health and fitness goals in a way that embraces their lifestyle rather than trying to change it.

She is now launching a Flexible Fitness Kids program that helps the child harness their energy into something positive, while also having fun with their classmates. Flexible Fitness Kids is a running and exercise program that is conveniently timed before school drop-off allowing parents flexibility of a morning.

During our School Holiday Program, your children will enhance their fitness while also learning new skills and making new friends.

We are also offering a multi sport camp that includes soccer training with a professional soccer coach.

8.00am – 12:30pm Multi Sport Camp (including professional soccer training)

January 11th – 14th
January 18th – 21st

Sessions will be held at Balmoral and are limited to 12 participants
