Megan Mansell, founder of Flex Fitness Personal Training and Flex Fitness Kids, knows first-hand what it’s like to juggle family, home, career, personal health and fitness. She is a mother of 4, Triathlete competitor, marathon runner and the list goes on.

Over the last ten years, she has been training clients on how to achieve their personal health and fitness goals in a way that embraces their lifestyle rather than trying to change it.

She is now launching a Flexible Fitness Kids program that helps the child harness their energy into something positive, while also having fun with their classmates. Flexible Fitness Kids is a running and exercise program that is conveniently timed before school drop-off allowing parents flexibility of a morning.

FLEX FITNESS 2-WEEK SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM

In just 2 weeks your children will kick-start, or boost, their fitness journey. In our school holiday program, we will establish a running schedule that suits your child’s needs while teaching them techniques so that they can continue to improve both their speed and distance. 

1 x Full Day $70 | 4 x Full Days $240

1 x Half Day $45 | 4 x Half Days $140

Years K-2 – Tuesday & Wednesday

Year 3-6 – Thursday & Friday

Sessions will be held at Bob Campbell Oval and are limited to 20 participants
