Megan Mansell, founder of Flex Fitness Personal Training and Flex Fitness Kids, knows first-hand what it’s like to juggle family, home, career, personal health and fitness. She is a mother of 4, Triathlete competitor, marathon runner and the list goes on.

Over the last ten years, she has been training clients on how to achieve their personal health and fitness goals in a way that embraces their lifestyle rather than trying to change it.

She is now launching a Flexible Fitness Kids program that helps the child harness their energy into something positive, while also having fun with their classmates. Flexible Fitness Kids is a running and exercise program that is conveniently timed before school drop-off allowing parents flexibility of a morning.

During our School Holiday Program, your children will enhance their fitness while also learning new skills and making new friends.

We are also offering professional Soccer training as an optional extra that follows the Run Club. 

Session Times:

8.00am – 11.00am Run Club
11:30am – 12.30pm Soccer with Italian Uefa B – FFA B Licensed Soccer Coach

December 9th – 11th
December 16th – 18th
December 21st – 23rd

Sessions will be held at Bob Campbell Oval and are limited to 20 participants
